Amazon is looking for detail-oriented people to join the GO-AI (Global Operations – Artificial Intelligence) team as ML Data Operations Associates. This team plays a big part in helping Amazon’s robots and systems work better inside fulfillment centers.

Your main job? Watch short videos and images (each around 15–20 seconds) and check if items are placed correctly on shelves. Your work helps Amazon improve its storage accuracy and automation.

✅ Your Responsibilities

🎥 Watch and review short videos/images of stowing activities inside Amazon warehouses.
🔍 Verify product placement and confirm if the right actions were taken.
🧠 Use both human judgment and tools to check for accuracy.
📋 Follow clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for quality control.
🎯 Hit daily/weekly targets for both accuracy and speed.
🏠 If you’re working from home, make sure to:

🕒 Work Schedule & Shift Details

🌙 This is a 24×7 work environment – you’ll work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (night shift allowance is given).
⏱ Each shift is 9 hours long (with proper breaks).
📆 Weekly offs are rotational – may not always fall on weekends.
🏢 WFH employees might have to visit the office once in a while.

📚 Basic Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).
🖼️ Ability to understand and analyze visual content (videos/images/text).
👀 Great attention to detail – accuracy is everything here.
