Be the first point of contact for Amazon customers
Resolve product, order, payment, or website queries with clarity and care
Use multiple tools and systems to research and troubleshoot effectively

Rotational shifts (including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays)
5-day work week with 2 rotational offs

This is a full-time, contractual role
Office-based position in Delhi or Noida
